Craig Goldstein of Boca Raton, former owner of a Lauderdale Lakes towing company, was sentenced to 15 months in prison after pleading guilty to three counts of tax evasion for underreporting income from a Personal Injury Protection kickback scheme and other cash-based fraud, according to the IRS Criminal Investigation division. Goldstein had failed to pay federal tax on money received through the scheme.
