Autura, a Nexa Equity portfolio company providing government towing management software, and Traxero, a Radian Capital-backed private towing solutions provider, announced an October 2024 merger that the companies said would combine to serve over 3,000 customers and manage more than 50,000 daily tows nationwide, according to Business Wire. The transaction represented the towing software industry's largest consolidation event in 2024.
