Autura, a provider of government towing management software backed by Nexa Equity, and Traxero, a private towing solutions provider backed by Radian Capital, announced a merger to build a fully integrated platform covering dispatch, impound, payments, lien notifications, auctions, and fleet tracking, according to BusinessWire. The combined platform serves more than 3,000 customers and manages more than 50,000 daily tows nationwide.
