Federal Signal Corporation completed the acquisition of substantially all assets and operations of TowHaul Corporation, a manufacturer of heavy-haul transport equipment, for $46.1 million, according to PrivSource. Federal Signal also acquired Mega Corp, a specialty vehicle manufacturer, for $45.5 million in a separate transaction; both deals are expected to be accretive to earnings in 2026.
