Customers told WKRN Nashville that Priority Wrecker Service and its sister company Jonny's Towing are still using what customers describe as deceptive billing practices even after the Tennessee Attorney General filed suit in December — with 22 additional complaints received since the lawsuit was filed, according to the AG's office. A court hearing is scheduled April 10 on the state's motion to sanction the company for failing to respond to the lawsuit.
