Peel Regional Police are investigating two overnight arsons on April 30: a Mississauga building on American Drive set on fire at approximately 12:50 a.m. by what police describe as up to four suspects in dark clothing using an accelerant, and a tow truck destroyed in a driveway on Kingknoll Drive in Brampton at approximately 3 a.m., according to CP24. Police have not stated whether the incidents are connected; the fires follow at least 20 prior tow truck arsons in Peel Region this year and another tow truck torched in a Brampton driveway just two days earlier.

Follow-up to TowShark's April 30 coverage. The pattern is now organized enough that police describe coordinated four-person teams using accelerants. If you operate in or near the GTA, move every truck inside tonight.
