TDLR Skipped the 2025 Biennial VSF Storage Fee Review Required by Statute. A Mid-Size Yard Is Losing Roughly $56,800 a Year.

The Consumer Price Index rose 11.93% over the preceding state fiscal biennium, but TDLR never agendized the biennial VSF fee review required by Occupations Code Section 2303.1552, according to a TowShark review of every 2025 commission meeting agenda and published minutes. TDLR did not respond to TowShark's request for comment.
