Roger Dickinson, 61, of Cape Elizabeth allegedly fired at least one shot at a repossession tow truck on November 6, 2025 while a woman and a four-month-old child were inside the vehicle, according to the Bangor Daily News. Dickinson was charged with reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon and attempted elevated aggravated assault after surrendering to police following an approximately one-hour standoff at his home.
