Philadelphia police sources told 6abc that detectives have identified the driver of the “Hooked Up” flatbed tow truck and are preparing an arrest warrant, weeks after the vehicle being towed detached on Frankford Avenue February 28 and struck motorcyclist Jason Harvey, 39, who was pronounced dead at Temple University Hospital. The tow truck was found abandoned approximately one mile from the crash scene shortly after the incident.
